Operation process:
Note: This machine must have a suitable and safe ground to protect the ground
1, assemble the bottom board, connect the aviation plug and open the motor button.
2, connect the power cord, turn on the main switch, and the power indicator lights up.
3, adjust the time and temperature required.
A: adjust the thermometer: through button down regulation of the required temperature, generally about 200 degrees;
B: adjust the timetable: generally 25 seconds or so, the unit is seconds, and adjust the time required by the up and down.
4, after adjusting the temperature and time, wait for the machine to heat up.
5, after heating up, the setting temperature will reach the green light.
6, switch the switch to the "manual" position, press the desired product, and then convert it to "automatic" location and batch production.
7, when the switch to "manual" position, press the "start switch" heating plate with hand downward pressure when the time to automatic rise, such as hot stamping process found that the position is wrong, then press "emergency stop" stop hot pressure, when the switch to "automatic" position, only the heating plate is put in place, the heating plate automatic down pressure.
8, put the clothes on the sponge pad, push the work table to the hot press position, press the start switch, press the articles, put on the hot drawing paper, (pay attention to the opposite side of the hot drawing paper), press the start switch, start the stamping and the time reverse.
9, hot stamping is finished, the heating plate rises automatically, and the working surface is pulled out.
10. Take out the ironed items. If the hot tear paper is cold, please wait 5-10 seconds to tear up the hot paper. If it is the hot tear hot paper, if the hot stamping is finished, please tear the ironing paper immediately.
Repair:
1. pressure: if the pressure is not enough or too big, the wire rod regulating valve on the highest position on the adjustable motor uses the six angle wrench in M6 to increase the pressure in clockwise direction, reduce the pressure in the direction of clockwise, and adjust the pressure to 0-30, and then lock the M12 nut after adjusting.
2. temperature: when the heating plate is not heated or the heat is not uniform after the equipment is fixed, the circuit temperature controller and the thermocouple should be checked, if the thermocouple is broken, then a breakage indicator on the thermostat is bright, then the thermocouple should be changed.
3. time: when the switch to "manual", press "manual start" will not check the "manual" switch, when the switch to "automatic", the plate will not be under pressure when it is in place, should check the contact point of the micro switch in the box, if not in place, it should be adjusted.

Cotton clothes: 180-220 degrees, 25 seconds
Polyester clothing: 180 degrees, 15 seconds
Pearlite: 180 degrees, 120--180 seconds
Metal pendant: 180 degrees, 60 seconds

Porcelain: 200 degrees, 180 seconds
